I feel the same guilt being an early evangelist of robotic process automation - we promised bots would never get sick and would work 24/7: we never explained that these bots are pretty high maintenance in the real world, that the tech itself was pretty clunky and didn't play well with others. Proceeding more thoughtfully is exactly what we should be doing! 👏
