I'm so sorry to hear you feel so depleted and close to burnout πŸ˜”. Often life can seem like a never-ending treadmill. If we don't step off noe and again to draw breath, we end up exhausted. A great exercise for replenishing resilience and grit is to list the things that are in your control, and those that are outside your control. For those you cannot control, try to release any emotions that might be tied up in them - anger, resentment, hurt etc.

For those within your control, what things are serving you and supporting you, and what things may need to be 'pruned from your life'.

If you want to soar, you need to offload the things that are keeping you grounded 🎈. Wishing you energy and patience to navigate the road ahead. πŸ™
