Sorry to hear that Wyatt. Recognising the symptoms is actually a huge advantage. A few years back I took a short sabbatical from my job - I was astounded by the many people that told me how incredible it was that I recognised that I was losing the energy and love for my work. It really got me thinking - if we 'normalise' or ignore the symptoms of chronic stress we'll have a pandemic on our hands.

After burnout, hopefully comes recovery. It's your body's way of shouting as loud as it can before it breaks down physically. Chronic stress creates prolonged high cortisol that can cause serious health problems. Addressing the overproduction of cortisol, and resulting inflammation in the body, is a great place to start 💖
