We often assume that young folks are digital natives — but while they are very literate in sigital culture, a great majority do not have the basic technical skills to operate email, excel or word. Not only does it fuel imposter syndrome when they arrive into digital classrooms, but it can add enormous (and unnecessary) stress to their studies and early work years.
